Enquiries and bookings

Enquiries made through this website, by phone or on WhatsApp are requests, not confirmed bookings. A service is confirmed only once we have agreed the scope, date and time with you directly.

Access to the property

Someone must be available to give our team access to the home and to point out anything that needs special care. Delays caused by access issues may affect the time available for the work.

Condition of surfaces and items

Cleaning improves the condition of surfaces but cannot reverse permanent damage, ageing, discolouration or wear. Where a surface, fabric or fitting is fragile or already damaged, please tell us before work begins.

Rescheduling and cancellation

If you need to change or cancel a scheduled visit, please inform us as early as possible so the slot can be reassigned.
